Since earning his California real estate broker’s license in 2013, Sahmon Zoughi has built a reputation for strategic insight, integrity, and results. Named a Los Angeles Magazine Real Estate All-Star multiple times and consistently ranked among the top 1.5% of agents nationwide, Sahmon is recognized for his depth of market knowledge and disciplined approach to every transaction.
A lifelong South Bay resident, Sahmon began his career as an acquisition analyst for a local development firm, evaluating property values and buildability throughout Los Angeles’s Westside and South Bay. This early experience sharpened his analytical eye and laid the foundation for his client-focused real estate practice.
Over the past decade, Sahmon has represented a diverse portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors across Southern California. His background in construction and project management allows him to advise clients on how to maximize property value through thoughtful design, renovation, and timing—a rare advantage in today’s competitive market.
Whether guiding a family into their first home or consulting with a developer on a complex investment, Sahmon’s approach remains the same: strategic, data-driven, and deeply personal.
Sahmon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from DePaul University and serves on the board of Comfort Zone Camp, a nonprofit that supports grieving children and their families.
